EVEN AS WE RESUME offering non-emergency services at our practice, we’re still taking every precaution to ensure that our team and our patients are safe. We look forward to seeing you again, but your next appointment might look a little different.

Preparing for Your Appointment

Before your appointment, our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office. Before entering our office masks are required. If you do not have a mask please call our office when you have entered the parking lot and our staff will bring a mask out to you. If you are trying to make an appointment please note that appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment. When you arrive our office is asking you to limit drivers and for them to wait in the car during the full duration of surgical procedures. This will allow for greater social distancing within our waiting room. 

Safety and Sanitation

When you arrive for your appointment we will be checking your temperature at the front desk. There will also be a place for you to sanitize your hands before filling out a patient information form. We are giving a pen for you to keep for the entire duration of your visit. While in our office you may see that our waiting room will have limited seating, no longer offer magazines, children’s toys, and so forth since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect. Post-op we have started implementing virtual visits with our Doctors via video conference or phone call. These virtual visits include consultations and post-operative checks/questions. This is meant to provide greater convenience and safety for both you and our staff.

We are happy to add these sanitation protocols to our practice because we strongly believe that our patients should be able to get the dental care they need without having to worry about their safety in a time of the pandemic.
