What is the Lehigh Valley Oral Surgery and Implant Center Give A Smile Contest?

At Lehigh Valley Oral Surgery & Implant Center, we love taking every opportunity to help those in need. We’re proud to announce that our team will be sponsoring the Give A Smile Contest that will enable us to provide an All-on-4 ® Restoration to one winner of the contest who is struggling with the damage that comes from deteriorating oral health, has a need, is deserving of a restored smile, and who would otherwise not be able to afford dental surgery & dental implants.

Providing Full-Mouth Restoration, To Those in Need.

Anyone who is suffering from deteriorating oral health can greatly benefit from our dental implant procedure. Whether your teeth are breaking down or you are in dentures, the All-on-4 procedure provides major upgrades in chewing function and appearance. Most of the time, a new temporary set of fixed teeth are provided on the day of the implant surgery. After 4-6 months of healing, a permanent set of fixed teeth are placed in your mouth.

Who is Eligible to Enter The Give a Smile Contest?

The Contest is intended to award full-mouth restoration services valued up to $25,000 for one set of All-On-4® Dental Implants and up to $50,000 for two sets of All-on-4® Dental Implants to one eligible participant who best demonstrates that he or she deserves a new smile with dental implants, a treatment the eligible participant would otherwise not be able to afford.

To enter the Contest and be eligible to win, you must reside in one of the following counties:

You must be 18 or older, have a median household annual income below the federal poverty level, or less than $50,000 annually be a candidate for the dental services, and comply with the Contest Official Rules to win.
